Four Rivers Layout Boats
The FOUR RIVERS LAYOUT BOAT was designed by duck hunters who were very serious about the sport. They did not want to spend time and energy hauling some boat that started out at the beginning of the season at an idea weight, but after a few hunts and getting wet, started to get a little heavy, than a little heavier, until it was almost impossible to move around without all your buddies helping you. Then they know where all your duck hunting spots are at.
It is constructed of durable fiberglass, just like all other boats. The large boat has a transom that is wood reinforced This wood is soaked with resin and then totally encapsulated in fiberglass, so there is a very slim chance of water ever getting in the transom area to cause rot.
Each model design has been thoroughly tested to make sure they pass all the safety standards, so when you are out in the water, (whether it is a small body of water on your own property or on the water as big as the Great Lakes area), you can rest assured under normal conditions. Your FOUR RIVERS LAYOUT BOAT will give you many years of hunting memories.
All models come standard with a OPTIONAL NEW PADDED GUN STORAGE AREA to help keep your gun and ammunition from sitting on the bottom of the boat where it can get wet, scratched, or any thing else that could happen. They also come standard with a 2-POSITION FIBERGLASS SEAT, that can be used as a seat across the cockpit opening or used as a recliner while you are hunting. Then to finish everything up, 2 sheets of 4'x4' grass mats are also included to help get you started in getting your boat invisible so you can get more ducks quicker than your buddies!
